In the Community

Joblin has a deep sense of community and social conscience. He is an avid philanthropist working with Fenway Health in many capacities including serving on its Board of Directors, and Harborlight Homes in many capacities including serving on its Board of Advisors.

Joblin believes in giving back in the community. He offers Free Legal Clinics at the Beverly Council on Aging continuing Peter H. Gilmore's many years of volunteering efforts with the Council. The Clinic is offered monthly and Joblin hosts the clinics in January, April, July and October, and anyone can make an appointment by contacting the Council at 978-921-6062.

Joblin is also an active member of the Probate Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association. In 2023, he Co-Chaired the Category D Guardian ad Litem ("GAL") Working Group to promulgate updated standards for Category D GALs in 2023 (the current standard for GAL services), and in 2024 he founded the Committee for the Advancement of the Probate and Family Court ("CAPFC").
