Lisa A. Jacobowitz, Esq.

Lisa A. Jacobowitz retired from the practice of law in early 2023. Prior to retiring, she was of counsel to the Law Office of Joblin C. Younger, P.C., and before that a partner of Gilmore & Jacobowitz, LLP since 1989.

During her career, she practiced family law and mediation. Lisa is a graduate of New York University and Vermont Law School. For many years, Lisa has been involved in the community serving on the boards of various organizations including the Beverly Chamber of Commerce, Health and Education Services, the United Way of the Central North Shore, Project Rap and the Salem Academy Charter School of which she was a founding member. She was honored to be the first woman to serve as president of the Salem Bar Association in 1989, and served with the Massachusetts, Essex County and Salem Bar Associations, the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and the North Shore Women Lawyers Association.
